PLEASE READ THIS END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT ("AGREEMENT") CAREFULLY BEFORE DOWNLOADING, INSTALLING, OR USING THIS SOFTWARE. BY DOWNLOADING, INSTALLING, OR USING THE SOFTWARE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT.
Afterlife Assistant LLC ("Developer") grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use Afterlife Assistant ("Software") on your personal device(s) solely for your personal or internal business purposes.
You may NOT:
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DEVELOPER EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED, OR THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.
You assume all risk associated with the use of the Software, including but not limited to the risk of hardware damage, data loss, or system failure.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL DEVELOPER BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, DAMAGE TO HARDWARE OR SOFTWARE, OR PERSONAL INJURY OR PROPERTY DAMAGE ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE, EVEN IF DEVELOPER HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
DEVELOPER'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM THIS AGREEMENT SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SOFTWARE.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Developer and its affiliates, officers, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your use of the Software or violation of this Agreement.
The Software and all copies thereof are proprietary to Developer and title thereto remains with Developer. All rights in the Software not specifically granted in this Agreement are reserved to Developer.
This Agreement is effective until terminated. Your rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must delete all copies of the Software in your possession.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming.
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Developer with respect to the Software and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications, whether electronic, oral, or written.

When you activate the Software, your license key is sent to our payment processor (Payhip) solely to verify that it is valid and has not been used on more devices than permitted. This is a one-time call at activation. No other data is transmitted during this process.
All content you create within Afterlife Assistant — including documents, files, messages, photos, and settings — is stored exclusively on your local device. We have no access to this content at any time.
We use the following third-party service solely for payment processing and license key delivery:
Because your data never leaves your device, there is no server-side database to breach. Your license key is stored locally in an encrypted format tied to your machine.
The Software is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted at this URL with an updated effective date.

We want you to be confident in your purchase. If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from installing or activating the software, we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.
Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if the software cannot be successfully installed or activated on your Windows PC.
Refunds are not available once the software has been successfully activated, as the license key has been delivered and the software is fully functional.
To request a refund, email support@afterlife-assistant.com within 7 days of your purchase with your order details and a brief description of the issue.
